Well, after a lot of elbow grease and hands to the pump, the gallery's just about complete. It even has electricity! (Thanks Mike and Dave, I won't buy the thermal vests now!)

What's more, not least due to the gorgeous weather this weekend, and even though it's November, the gallery's been buzzing with lovely customers! There's been a real sense of excitement and curiosity; something I've really missed over the last few years. It's great to be back in a studio creating, planning paintings, researching ideas and most importantly, meeting some really wonderful people - passionate and so enthusiastic about my work! Thank you to everyone for your brilliant encouragement and compliments! It's exactly what drives me on to paint and paint; I can't tell you how amazing it is to see someone's face light up when they see a watercolour painting that they just know will be the perfect addition to their home. It's very humbling and something that I always appreciate.
